BOOTH APPLICATION RECEIVED!

Applying for a booth at Fountain City DOES NOT guarantee you a booth, however, it does allow us to review artists, vendors, and sponsors prior to approvals being sent out.

WHAT’S NEXT?

If you have been selected to attend, you will receive an email from us within a few days. This will include instructions for the next step, a link to submit your permit, BBP and First Aid paperwork for each artist, and a link and password to purchase your booth in our online store.

Mindful Memos:

  • Please make sure that all of your appointments are scheduled appropriately during the available hours. Convention doors will be locked promptly after the floor closes.
  • Sharps containers are for Bio-Waste only! Please use the garbage can for regular trash.
  • Food and drink are not permitted in the booths. Food not provided by the food vendor is not permitted in the convention area. Iron Works staff will be monitoring and enforcing this rule!
  • The Health Department will be making spot visits. Have your license, lighting, and other necessities ready.
  • Doors open every morning for Artists & Vendors at 10AM.
